1. Using Voxlio

By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
Attempt to cheat the AI assessment (pre-recorded scripts, TTS simulation, etc.).
Scrape, bot, or automate access to the platform.
Reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
Bypass rate limits or security measures.

AI band scores are estimates, not official IELTS results. Only certified examiners can give official scores.
Use the platform for practice and improvement. Do not rely on it as the sole indicator of your IELTS readiness.
The AI Vocabulary feature provides OALD-style word analysis for learning purposes. Definitions and examples are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
We continuously improve the AI but make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

Premium Monthly, Yearly, and Mock Test packs remove daily attempt limits. Prices in UZS/USD subject to change with notice.

Processed by Click (Click.uz). We do not store payment card details.

Monthly/Yearly: refund within 7 days if used fewer than 5 assessments. Contact Telegram with order ID.
Mock Tests: full refund within 48 hours if no tests started. Non-refundable afterward.
Refunds processed within 14 business days to original payment method.

Cancel anytime from account settings. Premium access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.

Free accounts are limited to 3 assessments per day. Rate limits apply to all API endpoints. Premium removes these limits.

Platform content (questions, UI, code) belongs to Voxlio.
Your practice data (recordings, transcripts, vocabulary) belongs to you. You grant us a license to process it solely for providing and improving the service.

Voxlio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for AI assessment inaccuracies or your IELTS exam results.
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party outages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

By you: delete your account anytime via Telegram.
By us: we may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or prolonged inactivity (12+ months).
After termination: data retained 30 days, then permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Tashkent courts.
