1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxlio ("the Platform") at voxlio.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You") and Voxlio ("We," "Us," "Our"). By creating an account, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This document was last updated for Voxlio v2.1, which introduces full IELTS Reading practice (Cambridge Books 10–20), the Reading Library, and an expanded Writing Library (139 questions).

2. Using Voxlio

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years old
Must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
Must provide accurate registration information

Account Responsibility

Keep login credentials secure
One account per person
You are responsible for all activity under your account

Platform Rules

Use for personal IELTS practice only
Comply with all applicable laws
Do not interfere with platform operations

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice:

Submitting offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content

Attempting to cheat the AI assessment (pre-recorded scripts, TTS replay, etc.)

Scraping, crawling, or using bots to automate platform access

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or exploiting the platform

Bypassing rate limits, authentication, or security measures

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise systems

Impersonating other users or Voxlio staff

Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

Engaging in any activity that disrupts service for other users

Copying or redistributing Writing Library or Reading Library content without permission

Exploiting V-Coin system through automated or fraudulent means

4. Accounts & Security

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.

User ID

Each account is assigned a unique 8-digit User ID (voxlioId) upon registration. This ID is public and can be used to look up basic profile information (name, join date, assessment count). Your email and other private data are never exposed via the ID lookup feature.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for security concerns, violations of these Terms, or prolonged inactivity (12+ months).

Termination

You may delete your account anytime via Telegram. Upon deletion, your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

5. AI Assessment & Vocabulary Disclaimer

Important Notice

AI band scores are estimates, not official IELTS results. Only certified examiners from British Council, IDP, or Cambridge can issue official scores.
Use the platform for practice and improvement. Do not rely on it as the sole indicator of your IELTS readiness.
Writing Practice scores are generated by AI and may differ from actual examiner assessments. Reading Practice is auto-marked against official-style answers and band conversion is approximate. The Writing Library and Reading Library content is for practice purposes only.
The AI Vocabulary feature provides OALD-style word analysis for learning purposes. Definitions and examples are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
We continuously improve our AI models but make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or specific score outcomes.

6. Premium & Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Voxlio offers the following Premium subscription plans (prices may vary by region):

Daily — 12,000 UZS

1 day access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks.

Weekly — 18,000 UZS

7 days access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks.

Monthly — 54,000 UZS

30 days access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks.

Quarterly — 157,000 UZS

90 days access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks.

6-Month — 275,000 UZS

180 days access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks.

Yearly — 378,000 UZS

365 days access. 3x V-coin earning. Unlimited writing tasks. Best value.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Click (Click.uz), a licensed payment provider in Uzbekistan. We will not collect, store, or process payment card details. All card data is handled exclusively by Click.

6.3 Refund Policy

Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Plans

Full refund within 7 days if fewer than 5 assessments completed.

V-Shop Purchases

V-Coin purchases are non-refundable once the item has been activated.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

7. V-Coins (Virtual Currency)

V-Coins are Voxlio's virtual currency earned through platform activity. Key terms:

V-Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Earning: Speaking attempts (1.04V free / 3.12V premium), Writing tasks (1.04V free / 3.12V premium).
V-Coins never expire and accumulate in your account balance.
Spending: V-Coins can be used for platform features in the Voxlio Shop.
V-Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
Voxlio reserves the right to adjust earning rates or shop prices with 14 days' notice.

8. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts have access to most features with the following limitations:

Speaking Practice: 3 sessions per day (premium: unlimited)
Writing Practice: 1 task per type per day (Academic T1, General T1, Task 2)
1.04V per speaking/writing completion (premium: 3.12V)
Access to all 5500+ IELTS Speaking questions with full features
139 IELTS Writing practice questions (2023–2026)
44 IELTS Reading tests from Cambridge Books 10–20
My Vocabulary Bank with 3D flashcards (unlimited saves)
Complete score history and progress tracking
Study Timer with all features (no restrictions)
Rate limits apply to all API endpoints (variable per endpoint)

9. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All platform content including questions, UI design, code, algorithms, branding, and Writing Library / Reading Library materials belongs to Voxlio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Data

Your practice data (recordings, transcripts, written responses, scores, vocabulary) belongs to you. You grant us a license to process it solely for providing and improving the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Voxlio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for AI assessment inaccuracies or their impact on your actual IELTS exam results.
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or outages caused by third-party services (Render, Groq, Neon, etc.).
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Termination

By You

Delete your account anytime via Telegram. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity (12+ months).

Effect of Termination

Your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Premium access (if active) is forfeited. Data retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Class Action Waiver

Any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted individually. You agree not to bring any claim as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
